“Sky Muscle” is a variety show that presents how top celebrities who are known to be good at exercising are turned into exercise coordinators and practice alongside with guest members. The celebrity exercise coordinators, participants, and experts of each filed will team up to learn and master various sports. During the lesson, the viewers will get to meet expert sports players, and get to learn their special ways of practicing too. The participants and celebrity coordinators will gain encouragement and receive advice as they struggle to achieve their own goals while going through the process of challenging their bodies and minds.
