Because of the decline of Longquan Mountain Villa, Li Lao Gen comes out of retirement after 15 years to preside over management, thus starting another story full of laughs. Fifteen years have passed, Liu Lao Gen has turned over the management of Longquan Mountain Villa to his son Liu Da Kui. When an old friend asks Liu Laogen for a favor for his son, Liu Lao Gen tries to find a job for him and becomes shocked to learn that the villa is in terrible shape. Furthermore, Liu Da Kui has been colluding with his granddaughter and other mid-level cadres to conceal the true state of the villa.
