Daisuke works for a stationery manufacturer and enjoys being single. One day, a fire bell goes off at the apartment he recently bought. Daisuke accuses one of the residents, Hanako, who thinks her room is on fire. However, it is actually his father, Yozo, who smoked out Daisuke's room when he was cooking.
