Jackie Chan returns to form in this western-style action flick that manages to contain more flashes of brilliance than "Mr. Nice Guy" could ever hope to hint at. Chan is a special forces commando who loses his memory on a mission in Africa. When he comes to, he finds himself a guest of an African tribe, who dub him “Who Am I” because that’s all he can say.
