Jang Se Chool is the boss of a gang. He has been in love with Kang So Hyun for the past 3 years, even though she constantly rejects him and tries to push him away. Having had enough, she tells him that she can't be with him because she wants to be the first lady of Korea. Meanwhile, his friend Jung Choon Taek who is on death row finally has his execution date set. As no more appeals can happen, nobody can save him except, possibly, the South Korean president.
