18 months after the successful joint operation between Donoue General Hospital and Saito Teaching Hospital. Sagara Kosuke works as an instructor at Saito Teaching Hospital, at the request of Hospital Dean Matsuda Yoshio, as well as his regular job at Donoue General Hospital.
